Britni is a dedicated therapist known for her warm, conversational approach and ability to balance deep empathy with a touch of humor. As an LCMHCS and LCAS, she specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mental health, trauma, and substance use. Through a collaborative partnership she empowers her clients to untangle life’s complexities and find practical solutions that align with your personal values. Let's navigate life’s hurdles one step at a time.
If you’re looking for a therapist who feels like a real person—warm, empathetic, and able to use a little humor when it helps—we might be a great fit. Therapy shouldn’t feel stiff; it should feel like a meaningful conversation where you feel seen, supported, and understood. As a mother and a professional, I get the pressure of balancing “all the things.” You know yourself better than anyone else does; my role is to partner with you to help you uncover solutions that actually align with your unique values and goals.
Feeling stuck? I offer a warm, conversational space to catch your breath. As an LCMHCS/LCAS, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll partner together to untangle mood, anxiety, or substance use issues one step at a time. Using empathy and humor, I help you find practical solutions that align with your unique life and values.
Life can feel incredibly heavy when you’re carrying it all alone. Whether navigating anxiety, substance use, or the mental load of parenthood, you deserve a space to finally catch your breath. I offer a warm, conversational partnership—no judgment, just support and humor—to help you find your way. Let's take it one step at a time; I am ready to listen.
